this is where i'll be posting (mostly?) subbed arashi videos and lyrics translations (including non-arashi). i'm hoping that opening up a community will somehow push me to be less lazy, haha.

i'm completely fine with posting short clips on twitter, however. just don't go overboard? lol. please use your own judgment. you can ask me if you're unsure about something.
✖ do not sell or make a profit off of anything posted here, in any way

please direct people here instead. snippets of lyric translations are okay to repost with credit. (credit isn't necessary, however, when you're only quoting a couple of lines.) please do not repost entire lyrics, even with credit. reuploads are okay if it's in the comments of the corresponding post. mirror links (particularly non-mega) are always welcome!
✔ feedback on translations/subs (timing, typesetting, etc) is super appreciated ♥

feel free to ask for clarification. rules are subject to change at any time... because i'm really fickle and indecisive. ;;

there is no need to affirm that you've read the rules (i just assume you have) or to ask for permission to join (just click the "join" button). i generally don't reply much, but i do read every single comment, so you're welcome to talk about anything you'd like in the comments. c:

sidenote: all the panda gifs come from shirokuma cafe, a slice-of-life anime and one of my all-time favourites. it's hilarious and adorable, and everyone should watch it.

It's like seasonal changes, we have a robust subbing community, then as real life moves on we lose more and more subbers. Then as the season changes we get new life and new subbers. I know that I as a non-Japanese speaking fan thank you from the bottom of my heart and could never show enough appreciation for all the hard work that you and other subbers do.
