i wasn't sure myself at first, but it seems to be ohno and aiba. the chorus is divided in jun + tennen, and sakumiya (although i saw a japanese blog note that jun sometimes harmonized with sakumiya as well?). the "itsuka wa futari mo hoshikuzu ni naru no" falsetto is aiba.
